Best Paper Award

Each year, the SMBS call for papers contain interdisciplinary tracks of Management and behavioural Sciences. Each Session is chaired by an outstanding faculty member in the same area. In reviewing these papers and proposals, a session chair may nominate the best paper in his/her session to the conference chair. The Conference Chair, in consultation with anonymous referees, reviews complete papers of Track Chairs for the Best Paper award. In order to qualify for the best paper award, a paper must be complete and must be submitted within the deadline. In his/her nomination, the Session chair will ensure that the paper has a clear objective, investigates important research questions and contributes to the body of knowledge in the area. The nomination of the session chair is final. The presentation also has some points and presenter is rated on these points. The highest scorer from all sessions collectively is nominated for best paper award.

Every year, SMBS recognizes the works of outstanding Organized, Coordinator, Track Chairs, Editors, and scholars for the exceptional service towards promoting a particular conference, track, attracting excellent papers, and coordinating other events at SMBS. In order to qualify for this award, an Organizer, Coordinator, Track Chair or an Editor must have served for at least one year.
